The art of candle making is hundreds of years old, and it is a true art form. There are so many ways to make beautiful candle creations and if you do get really absorbed in it as a hobby you will always be able to come up with something new.
Nearly everybody has a candle or two in their homes, and those that enjoy candles, actually often have a dozen or so.
Why would you want to make your own? Well, if you really like candles you can make them at a fraction of the price of those that you buy. You are free to choose your colors and shapes, and you can perfume them or not, and, with your choice of perfume.
Candle making is one hobby though that you don’t want to ‘just experiment’ with. Obviously you are working with very hot wax, and if not handled correctly, the candle wax can ‘explode’ and catch fire. It is what is called a ‘flashpoint’. It could be disastrous so don’t cut any corners when dealing with wax. It really does pay to read all the safety tips and know all about the wax that you are using.
It really is a very economical hobby, so don’t go looking for cost cutting by using old wax. that has been lying around the house. You never know what is in it. Use good clean wax that you have bought and handled correctly, then the chance of any problem is much, much less.
So, to help you here are some safety tips:
1. Never leave unattended wax on a stove top.
2. Know your ‘flashpoint’ of any wax that you use.
3. Always use a thermometer in your wax
4. Always use a double boiler for melting your wax as this slowly melts the wax at a safe speed. Never put the wax in a pot and straight on the heat.
5. Never have wax near an open flame, wax is flammable.
6. Always have cotton gloves handy to handle molds.
7. Keep a chemical fire extinguisher handy in case of fire.
8. Keep a pile of newspapers handy in case of spillage on the floor or bench top.
9. Wear loose clothing in case of spillage and if you get wax on your skin run it under cold water immediately.
10. Never pour molten wax down the sink - it will block it.
Candle making is such fun and you can use all sorts of containers to make candles. For pillar candles you can use milk cartons, or other waxed containers like juice cartons. If you have any old glass containers, either drink glasses or vases, that you no longer use, you can also use these, but make sure that you warm them before pouring in the hot wax.
Like any hobby, candle making takes a little to learn before you start, but there are some very easy techniques to learn in the early stages to make stunning candles.
Start with easy projects and progress through to the more difficult ones later.
if you are going to make candles to sell, do make sure that you use quality products because cheaper products will lead to inferior finished products.

Acne affects both sexes, but men are the ones who suffer more from it. Research has shown that the percentage of men suffering from this condition is higher, and that’s mainly because hormonal changes in the body. It is important then that we learn more about skin care for acne prone men.
Skin care in men who have acne is somewhat similar to normal skin care or even women’s skin care, but with an emphasis on skin cleansing. If you have acne chances are that you have oily skin, so it is important to choose wisely what kind of products you are going to use.
Facial cleansers should be soft, and you should have preferences for natural soaps. Do not use any type of body soap on your face, as they are not formulated for this area of your body. When cleaning your face, avoid scrubbing, as it will worsen the condition. Also, use your fingertips, this will allow your skin to suffer less damage and recover better.
It is important that when you finish cleaning your face, you don’t rub the towel on your skin. In fact this is something that everybody must avoid! Instead of rubbing, pat your face dry with the towel, in a gentle manner.
If you are using extra products, be sure that they don’t contain any type of harmful ingredients. Avoid any type of male cosmetic products, hair styling products (they affect the skin on the forehead), and alcohol-based after shave lotions.
While keeping these tips for skin care for acne prone men, it is good to also follow a treatment for acne. You can consult your doctor about this or find an option on line - it is up to you. Just remember these tips for skin care and you’ll be doing your skin a big favor.

It’s estimated that about half of us have already cheated or will cheat on our partner. In fact, around 60% of men and 40% of women will have an affair.
Now, we’re not suggesting that all men are up to no good. Lots of us have ups and downs in our relationships and our interests in each other come and go, depending on how secure you feel as a couple.
But if you do suspect that your partner could be having an affair, how can you tell? What are the signs he’s cheating?
We’ve come up with a list of the most common signs and explained what the innocent explanation could be and the reasons why it could be a sign of cheating.
Have a look, think about your own relationship and then make your own mind up…
1. Your intuition
His behaviour: Suspecting that something’s up is often the first sign for many women. Admittedly intuition isn’t anything that your fella is actually doing, but you know that something doesn’t feel quite right - often you’ve spotted some of the other signs sub-consciously.
The innocent explanation: Quite simply, your intuition could be wrong. Do you talk to each other enough? Perhaps he’s going through a stressful time.
The guilty reason: Hunches have been proved to be correct more often than not. If instinct is telling you that he could be playing away, then keep your eyes and ears open for some of the other signs.
2. He’s over-attentive
His behaviour: He spends more time being interested in you than normal. Perhaps, he buys you gifts unexpectedly or starts helping look after the children more than normal. He may even start doing more around the house, ironing, washing, or those niggly DIY jobs that have been left unfinished for months.
The innocent explanation: Have you been going through a bad patch recently? Your fella could have decided to make more of an effort in order to get things back on track - positive thinking is important in relationships.
The guilty reason: He’s feeling guilty and wants to make up for the fact that he’s having an affair. This sort of thing often happens in the early stages of an affair.
3. Technology changes
His behaviour: Now that technology makes it easier to contact people, this not only means that it’s easier to have an affair, but there are also more places to be caught out. You may discover that your man has an email account you never knew about, or perhaps he has two phones and you only know one number.
Another common sign is when he starts taking calls and walking out of the room, often telling you it’s work, and gets defensive when you get near his phone.
The innocent explanation: His boss has asked him to be on call when he’s at home, given him a work phone and your partner doesn’t want to interrupt whatever you’re doing.
The guilty reason: His mistress is sending him naughty texts or emails while you’re at home and he’s trying to cover them up. We’re not suggesting you actually snoop because if there is nothing going on then it could you look bad and in the wrong - just be aware.
4. You don’t talk any more
His behaviour: This is almost the opposite of him being over-interested in you. Maybe he’s stopped being interested in what you got up to during the day, or he no longer says ‘I love you’ or doesn’t even want to kiss or hug you any more.
The innocent explanation: Could he be stressed or maybe even suffering from depression? This can often explain mood swings or disinterest and possibly he won’t realise he’s suffering.
The guilty reason: If he starts becoming less interested in finding out what you’ve done during the day and how you’re feeling, then it’s often an indication that he’s getting his emotional fix elsewhere. When kissing stops in a relationship, it’s often seen as a big warning sign.
5. He’s hotter than ever in bed
His behaviour: Your husband suddenly starts doing something new and amazing when you’re in the throes of passion. It could be a new foreplay technique, or maybe even a new sex position you’ve never even heard of before.
The innocent explanation: He could well be looking at websites like goodtoknow and discovered some new sex tips and thought he’d give them a go. Don’t knock the guy for trying!
The guilty reason: If it happens more than once, then it could be because someone is teaching him something new in another bed!
6. He gets irritated quickly
His behaviour: When you ask him questions about what he’s been up to, he starts to act all defensive and jumpy.
The innocent explanation: He could be planning a surprise holiday or romantic break and doesn’t want you to ruin the surprise.
The guilty reason: He’s worried that you’re checking up on him and will discover his cheating ways.
7. Your friends notice something’s up
His behaviour: This isn’t anything he’s done, but often friends and family will notice that things aren’t quite right between the two of you and start asking questions.
The innocent explanation: You’re going through a tough time or you just tend to be a little more on edge when you’re in other people’s company.
The guilty reason: If more than one best mate starts asking if everything’s all right between you, maybe it’s time to stop and think - especially if you hadn’t noticed anything was wrong!
8. He’s a changed man
His behaviour: Has your partner started wanting to watch new TV programmes, listen to new music or even bought new clothes or a new aftershave?
The innocent explanation: He could be having a mid-life crisis and feel that he needs to be ‘young and hip’ again, or maybe he’s discovered a new website or magazine that’s giving him new recommendations.
The guilty reason: A new woman often means he experiences new things (other than sex) that you have no hand in.
9. He accuses you of cheating
His behaviour: This will probably come as a bit of a shock, but he’ll possibly ask outright if you’ve been seeing someone else. Men tend to be more direct than women.
The innocent explanation: Although statistics show that men cheat more than women, that doesn’t mean he won’t have his own suspicions. If your relationship is going through a rough patch, it’s not an unreasonable explanation - especially if you’ve stopped talking as much.
The guilty reason: It’s common for cheaters to suspect their partners of cheating simply because they believe that if they’re getting away with it, you can too. This is also how many people who cheat deal with their guilt - they try to make themselves feel better by turning the tables. Once you’ve got over your initial shock at being accused, it might be worth looking a little closely at what he’s up to!
10. Things don’t add up
His behaviour: Has he started changing his daily routine for seemingly no reason? Maybe his actual job hasn’t changed, but he starts leaving earlier in the morning and getting back later. Or perhaps he told you he was out with Steve last week, but you later discover that Steve was away at a conference.
The innocent explanation: Work could be getting more stressful - perhaps someone has left, leaving him with more work than normal. Alternatively, he could be arranging some sort of surprise party and he doesn’t want you to know what he’s up to.
The guilty reason: Once someone starts lying, it becomes more and more difficult to keep up the act, so when small unexplained things start happening or you notice inconsistent things, there could be something not-so-innocent as an explanation.
11. You’re not invited to work dos any more
His behaviour: Remember the days when you always used to go to his Christmas parties or summer balls? He always asked you to come for a drink with his work colleagues if you were free, but all of a sudden there’s been a ‘change of policy’, or maybe he just doesn’t even suggest it any more.
The innocent explanation: Well, the credit crunch is more than just a buzzword. Companies really are cutting back on non-essential things and if that means not inviting partners to anything any more, that’s what they’ll do.
The guilty reason: If the work invites start drying up, it could well be because he’s seeing someone at work and doesn’t want you to meet them and create an awkward situation… for him, obviously.
12. He starts taking showers
His behaviour: We hope that your man’s personal hygiene is up to scratch, but he may be diving into the shower the minute he comes home.
The innocent explanation: If he comes home drunk a lot, he could well be covering up drunken injuries or something similar.
The guilty reason: He wants to get rid of the smell of another woman’s perfume or sex.
And finally… remember!
None of these signs is proof enough on its own that your man might be cheating on you, but together they’re often a pretty good indicator.
What you do next is up to you, but at least you can talk to him knowing that you’ve weighed up the signs and options.

When it comes to anti-aging moisturizer use is extremely important. But, there are some common moisturizers that you should avoid and some less common ones that you should look for. Read on to learn all about them.
Petrolatum is, by far, the most common ingredient in lotions and creams. It’s the same thing as petroleum jelly. It does not moisturize, because it does not penetrate. It can help prevent diaper rash, because it prevents moisture from entering the skin.
Mineral oils are simply liquid petrolatum. They should not be included in anti-aging moisturizer, because with regular use they cause excessive dryness, destroy the natural pH balance and inhibit the body’s natural ability to create new skin cells and fibers.
Petrolatum and other oils derived from petroleum byproducts are not similar to the skin’s own sebum. It is the sebum that provides natural moisture and protects the skin from damage.
On the other hand, some vegetable and plant oils are very similar to human sebum, so they are very moisturizing. Similarly, waxes from plants help to prevent moisture loss and some of the oils and waxes balance sebum production, so that the skin is neither too dry, nor too oily. There’s your solution for “combination” skin-types.
For the body, men and women can use the same anti-aging moisturizer. The best ones contain numerous moisturizers, vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients that promote the production of fibers and cells.
Ingredients to look for include:
• Protein peptides, because the skin’s layers are actually a tightly woven mesh of amino acid proteins.
• Coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E in an ultrafine solution that can penetrate deeply to stop free radical formation.
• Wakame kelp, because it blocks enzymatic activity that lowers the skin’s protein levels.
• Honey, because it is naturally healing, has antioxidant, antibacterial and antiseptic activity.
• Olive oil, because it most closely resembles sebum.
• Jojoba oil, because it balances sebum production, evening out the dry and oily patches.
• Grape seed oil, because of its antioxidant activity and its essential fatty acids. It has been shown to reduce stretch marks, which are in actuality similar to wrinkles.
• Vitamin B5 because it provides natural protection from the sun and enhances the tanning process.
Both men and women should use a daily anti-aging moisturizer on their face, but their needs are a bit different. Men tend to have excessive redness and
inflammation. Women may have some inflammation, but since they don’t shaver their faces, they have less irritation.
Many of the ingredients are the same as the ones you would use on your body to what you would use on your, for men, there are a couple of others that relieve
burns from razors, as well as overexposure to the sun. Instead of using after shave lotion, use an anti-aging moisturizer that contains capuacu butter and witch hazel.
For women, a special passion fruit extract makes the skin feel soft and velvety while balancing sebum production, so it works really well under make-up. The use of anti-aging moisturizer is very important, but only if it contains the right ingredients.
I have tried different skin care and anti aging products and my research shows that the best skin care line should be safe to use, effective on your skin and contain the latest breakthrough natural ingredients, get more information at: http://www.best-skin-care-line.com

I’m trying to think of what creative gift ideas for my boyfriend that would apply whether it’s his birthday, Christmas day or Valentine’s Day. I’m also trying to think of what creative ideas I can give my boyfriend on an every day basis so I can show him how much I care. I think it would be best to know first what are his likes and dislikes so I would know the best yet creative gift ideas I can give him.
Choosing some creative gift ideas for my boyfriend would be tough because I also would want to impress him. However, I need to think creatively and without any boundaries on things that I know would impress him and signify my affection towards him. I think I need to be more closely observant on my boyfriend on thing that he gravitates to. In this way, it would be easier for me to choose the best creative gift ideas for him.
Interests would be a great help in choosing creative gift ideas for my boyfriend as well. I need to know if he likes sports or what hobbies do he really enjoys. Is it okay to get him something that would relate to his hobbies or sports that he likes? If he likes the sports of basketball, I think I should get him some new sports clothing or a new ball. If he is interested in sports cars or airplanes, then I guess I must get him some things related to such. Sensually aside, what if he likes colognes or perfumes? I think I should pay a visit to the malls or department stores so I can check out what are the best recommended colognes or perfumes for men. On the other hand, it’s crossing my mind if he likes spicy, woody, citrus scented cologne? I think I should be sure enough on what type of scent he likes and I will like as well. Well, but I want to give him something more than just a cologne. I believe there are some gift packages for men where several items are bundled in one box such as shower gel, body lotion, after shave creams, and cologne. I think this would best enough as a great gift for my boyfriend. On the contrary, it will benefit me in the long run because I will enjoy as well the scents of the gift I gave him.
Clothing can also be one of those popular creative gift ideas for my boyfriend. However, if I get to choose this kind of gift idea to him, I should make a point that I know the size of jacket, shirt and pants that my boyfriend wears. In this way, it would be easier for me to shop the gifts. Sizes are not the only important I think I should also consider the patterns and colors that he likes. I just can’t buy clothing as gift with colors and patterns that he does not like. Styles count as well I believe. I should be keener if my boyfriend wears more corporate, casual and relaxed look of clothing. Well, if everything did not turned well, I guess I’ll just give him gift certificates as gift so he can choose personally on what type, color, style and kind of clothing he wants to get for the occasion.

Ever wondered if men care about skin care? It turns out there is a booming industry for men’s skincare that is finally making its way into society. Men are becoming more involved in skin care to stay competitive and more involved in men anti-aging skincare to help ward off the signs of growing old. Men all over the world are starting to learn about using the right kind of products to care for their skin.
A man’s skin differs from a women’s because it contains a higher percentage of collagen and elastin, so it is thicker. Also since in men, the sebaceous glands also work harder making a man’s skin oilier than a woman’s.
Men are also becoming more concerned with men anti-aging skincare. Men want to avoid having a ‘weather beaten’ appearance. The best way to combat this problem is to start wearing protection for you skin from the sun. Premature aging of the skin is caused by too many sunburns and exposure to the sun. Therefore it is best to protect your skin with sunscreen when doing any outside activity.
In addition to all the normal enemies of skin like the sun, poor diet and cold weather, a man’s skin also needs protection from the daily act of shaving. A man needs to protect his skin from rashes and burns that often result from shaving. Shaving in the opposite direction of hair growth can leave a man with skin that is irritated and red.
For good skincare a man should begin by splashing warm water in their face. That will make it easier to work up a good lather during the application of vitamin-rich shaving gel and the warm water will also soften the skin. Be sure to take a little extra time to really massage in the shaving cream. The massaging of the skin will help stimulate blood flow in the dermis.
To make sure you get a close shave, never shave in the opposite direction as hair growth. Shaving in both directions or shavings in the opposite direction can, as already mentioned, causes a great deal of skin irritation that can last for hours.
Finally, slow down when shaving and never use a dull razor. This will also contribute to accidental cuts and scrapes as well ad skin irritation due to the dull razor.
To properly limit the impact of aging there is more to men’s skincare than most men realize. Men should start each day by deep-cleaning your face to remove dirt and sweat. This can be done as part of a man’s shaving routine each morning. Men should also exfoliate their skin by removing the top layer dead skin cells and other pore-blocking grime. This can be done with a loofah or a body exfoliating brush. When a man showers and the body is thoroughly wet apply some exfoliating cleanser to loofah or exfoliating brush and scrub the body with it, using gentle, circular motions Exfoliating of the face will also open your pores and that will help ensure a closer shave.
To help skin seal in moisture a man should also use moisturizing products. Many shaving products dry skin. It is important to use after shave products that do not contain alcohol. Alcohol is too harsh on the skin and it will dry skin which is opposite of what you are trying to achieve. When choose moisturizing products, pick those that contain vitamins or aloe vera for additional skin conditioning.
The last part of men’s skincare you do not often hear much about is general healthy living. Eat right, exercise, do not smoke, and drink in moderation will not only keep a man healthy, but will also keep his skin healthy.
Believe me. Once a man starts to apply this information concerning men anti-aging skincare as well as men’s skincare in general, they will gain the understanding and ability to ward off the signs of growing old. Men are listening, which is shown by the growth of skincare industry for men.

Botanical skin care products are a wonderful choice, but how do you know they’re safe? That’s a good question because companies avoid disclosing the actual ingredients and instead use proprietary names.
They are also required to list the chemical nomenclature of the botanicals. It’s really hard to tell the difference between something naturally occurring and a synthetically created compound. The list of ingredients that you may run into are too numerous to completely cover here. But, I can give you a few hints.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)
Many botanical skin care products contain this ingredient. It’s commonly referred to as Shea butter. It is created by extracting the oil from the Shea nut tree, which grows in Africa. It’s an effective moisturizer, reduces scars, blemishes and brown spots.
It is often found in anti-aging products, because it smoothes out wrinkles and fine lines. It reduces inflammation and soothes burns and scrapes.
Undaria Pinnatifida (Kelp/Algae)
This is a variety of kelp or brown algae that grows in the Sea of Japan and other areas of the world. Its common name is wakame. You’ll see it on the menu at Japanese restaurants and in health food stores.
Botanical skin care products contain the extract, as it has been shown to increase the level of protein, specifically hyaluronic acid, found in the skin. It stimulates the immune system, reduces inflammation and helps to prevent allergic reactions.
Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel)
The common name is witch hazel. It’s an astringent that is extracted from the leaves and bark of the bush that grows wild in North America. It is used for cleaning, healing, soothing and to prevent infections.
Persea Gratissima Oil (Avocado Oil)
The common name is avocado oil. It can be found in gourmet food shops and in botanical skin care products. It has many benefits. It’s an effective moisturizer. It stimulates collagen production and contains many of the nutrients necessary for the skin’s overall good health.
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba)
The common name is jojoba. It has long been used to heal and soothe cuts and scrapes. As a moisturizer, jojoba is an excellent choice, because it balanced sebum production. It has proven effectiveness in treating acne and psoriasis, even though one condition causes excessive sebum production and the other causes reduced sebum production.
Creams that contain jojoba are perfect for people with combination skin types. They work well under makeup and make a soothing after shave lotion.
Other Botanical Skin Care Considerations
Botanicals provide just about everything that we need to take care of our skin’s health. But, try to fully evaluate the ingredients in a product before you buy. There are some organic creams on the market that still contain oxybenzone, even though it’s a known carcinogen.
Find A Company That Hides NOTHING
Look for a company that you can trust to provide ingredients that are completely safe and effective. Try to find a manufacturer that “spells it all out” for you. If they seem to be hiding behind proprietary labels, keep looking.
Please remember my adv ice: all botanical skin care products are not created equal. Take this opportunity to shop for the best botanical skin care.

The starting point to attract a woman is to look good. First impressions do count, and if you put off every desirable single woman on a given day by having an unkempt appearance you will then have your work cut out to try to overcome this disadvantage when trying to pick up beautiful women. Here’s how to look good to unattached women…
You have to see it from the point of view of the single woman you would like to first attract and then meet. A man’s good looks are important to her, yes, but also being well groomed, having nice hair and clothes matters just as much. In fact there are many guys who are not that good looking but who are very successful in attracting and meeting single women — you’ve probably come across such men and wondered how they do it?
What is the secret of their success? No doubt their confidence and having the right attitude is very important, but they would not get far to begin with in their efforts to attract a women if they did not look well-groomed and did not create a successful first impression with every single woman they meet.
Consider creating the right impression to be your first set of credentials that you present to the world, and specifically to the beautiful women of the world. In attracting and meeting a woman some things are not as easy as looking well groomed, so start by getting this easy one right first if you really want to land a beautiful woman. Why would you get this one wrong and put off almost every beautiful single woman you might meet before you have even spoken to her?
Start with your shoes. Surprisingly a single woman will pay a lot of attention to men’s shoes and whether they are clean and attractive. If you do not have any decent shoes go out and buy some from a fashionable store — go for something relatively safe yet stylish, not too strange or cutting-edge. If you already have some good shoes, clean them thoroughly. You may not be in the habit of cleaning your shoes, but now is the time to begin if you want to attract a woman. In an emergency you could use a scrubbing brush to remove dirt and if you do not have any shoe polish to hand then furniture polish works almost as well — but do invest in a good shoe-cleaning kit for future use.
Wear comfortable, fashionable clothes, but not so fashionable that you stand out in a crowd and everybody stares. Make sure your clothes are clean and look new — no wear marks or worn surfaces. If your hair is a little rough-looking, get it trimmed. All of this is very important if you want to attract and meet a single woman.
Before you go out, shower and shave. Clean your teeth and use mouth-wash. Use a little cologne or ‘aftershave’ but sparingly, you do not want to stink of the stuff. Pay attention to your fingernails, making sure they are clean and neatly trimmed. If you are over 40 and really wish to attract a single older woman then trim your nasal and any ear hair too.
Now, you never know when you are going to meet an interesting or attractive single woman. You can be seeking to meet single women by going to a bar or nightclub, of course, but you may accidentally meet beautiful women in the most unlikely locations. For this reason, it is important that you always pay this much attention to your appearance and grooming so that you do not get caught out. What would be worse than meeting the girl of your dreams in the gas station one Sunday morning when you had just piled out of bed and thrown on some old jeans — only to find she was not interested in you because she had been put off by your ungroomed appearance?
Paying attention to your appearance is the easy starting point in learning to attract a woman. You can find out some more advanced ways of attracting a single woman here: How to Attract and Meet a Single Woman.

Good Practice
Treating your skin well and putting a real effort into taking good care of it plays a small part in whether you develop acne or not. It is very important to the general health of your skin though.
Some people, for reasons only known to them, believe that when washing your skin you must scrub it thoroughly for acne prevention. A belief that is factually misplaced in my opinion, simply because washing has a negligible effect on the development of acne, though it is important to note that the effects could occur long after acne has developed.
Scrubbing your skin is of no real help because it exposes the layers of your skin that work hard in making sure that your skin is fit enough to protect itself from the dangers of our surrounding environment. In my view, all this scrubbing and harsh treatment your skin experiences does not translate into a healthy skin and it is definitely not ideal acne & skin care.
What you want to be doing to your skin is to give it a gentle washing with a very nice, skin friendly cleanser (nothing hectic, really).
To Note
All these products (for a lack of a better word) that you use to remove oil from your skin should be used with extreme care.
If you bought them over the counter, you must ensure that you follow the instructions to the last tee for positive acne & skin care results.
Men and Shaving
Shaving has always been a problem, I mean, that should stand to reasoning, but it is important to appreciate the fact that some genius somewhere came with the technology of electric razors which really came, and still do prove to be very useful.
But razors can scratch the skin especially when it is not in a good condition. You must be very smooth and careful with your razor movements and be sure to be as excited to use the before-shave as you are with the after-shave.
Women and makeup
Choice of makeup has been easier of late because there is a nice variety of products the specifically deal with acne development. They are made such that they do not block the pores from breathing. Ladies should also go easy on the foundation.
Conclusion
Your goal is to make sure that your pores remain open so the oil from your skin can move freely so that you don’t have any of your skin cells dead. In my blog I take the discussion further by discussion the myths associated with acne and what might be the best acne treatment you may need for good acne & skin care.
